Description
ARA-290 10mg, also known as cibinetide, is a synthetic peptide derived from a region of erythropoietin (EPO). It has been investigated experimentally for its interaction with tissue-protective receptor pathways while being designed to avoid the red-blood-cell-stimulating activity associated with EPO.
Research involving ARA-290 has examined inflammatory signaling, cellular protection, tissue responses, and peripheral nerve biology. It has also been evaluated in clinical research involving small-fiber neuropathy and related biological pathways, although it is not an FDA-approved therapeutic.
